How to conclude the contract with IDETOS
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on www.maestridifabbrica.eu, you will need to fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to IDETOS S.R.L., electronically, following the relative instructions.
Each page of the site contains a reference to this General Terms and Conditions of Purchase form for the Privacy Policy form and the Right of withdrawal form
The order form contains a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the methods of delivery of the products. purchased, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
The contract is concluded when Idetos s.r.l. receives your order form and payment electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked:
- to carefully read and accept the General Conditions of Purchase, the Privacy Policy and the Right of withdrawal
- to identify and correct any data entry errors.
The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You can access your order form by consulting the My order section.
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.
Contract concluded, IDETOS S.R.L. will process your purchase order.
Idetos srl may not process your purchase orders which are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products.
In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Idetos srl has not followed up on your purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on www.maestridifabbrica.eu are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when sending the order form, Idetos srl will notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following that in which you have sent your order to Idetos srl, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, Idetos srl will refund what you have already anticipated.
With the electronic transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with Idetos srl, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not share some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.maestridifabbrica.eu.
By submitting the order form you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in www.maestridifabbrica.eu, also referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy Notice.
Once the contract is concluded, IDETOS SRL will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and the detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs).
Guarantees and indication of product prices
On www.maestridifabbrica.eu are offered for sale exclusively products made in Italy by Idetos srl.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.maestridifabbrica.eu within each product sheet. For further information, see the website www.maestridifabbrica.eu where you will find further information on both the product and the company. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.maestridifabbrica.eu may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used.
Furthermore, since these are artistic and exclusively manual processes, spots and apparent imperfections are inevitable, to be considered a peculiar characteristic of this type of processing and in any case not to be interpreted as "defects".
Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
Idetos s.r.l., in case of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Payments
To pay the price of the products and the relative shipping costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated on the order form.
In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit / debit card number or the expiry date) will be forwarded directly to the companies that provide the remote electronic payment service, without third parties being able in no way have access to it. Furthermore, this information will not be in the possession of Idetos srl even to carry out refunds in the event of product returns, following exercise of your right of withdrawal. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your bank account at the time of signing the payment.
Shipping and delivery of products
The specific shipping and delivery methods of the products will be visible at the time of order execution. In addition, for general information you can access the Shipping section. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the indications contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Purchase and, therefore, are considered by you fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the order form.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Idetos srl, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.maestridifabbrica.eu. However, it is not possible to change the chosen product with another. Please refer to the Right of Withdrawal document to learn how to execute it.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Purchase Conditions are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
Modification and updating
The General Purchase Conditions are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.maestridifabbrica.eu.
